FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy and convenient! You can place an order by clicking on the “Store” tab of our Facebook page. Select your favorite items and add them to your shopping cart. Click “checkout” for your order total.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use!

How will you contact me?
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. In order to ensure you receive emails, please add [email protected] to your address book. In addition, we will also notify you by email if there was an issue with filling your order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on number of items purchased.

U.S. Shipping:  Shipping is done within the continental U.S. via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation.  $5.95 for the first item and $2 for each item thereafter. This will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:  International shipping is done via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This will be calculated at checkout. You may be charged an additional fee to have your package released to you by Customs in your respective country.  While there is a high success rate of packages delivered internationally, the buyer must assume all responsibility as we WILL NOT REFUND the cost of lost packages or charges by your respective customs department. We do not offer tracking for international shipments.

How long will my order take to arrive?
You can expect a shipment delivered within the U.S. to arrive in 5-10 business days from order date, pending availability and credit card approval. International orders can take up to 14 business days.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes! Orders shipped within the continental U.S. will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Please add [email protected] to your address book as our emails may be filtered by your SPAM filter. Be sure to check your SPAM folder just in case our email is filed there. To track your order, enter your tracking number at usps.com or use the link in your order confirmation email to directly link to the carrier's site for tracking.

Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
Yes, see information above under "International Shipping."

Where can I find a size chart?
You can find a size chart on our Facebook page under the product page or when you click on “Store” under the product detail page in our online store.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Please refer to the size chart for details about the product you would like to purchase prior to placing your order. If you have issues with your order you can email us at [email protected].

What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please email us at [email protected] no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original packaging, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the package. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged package and/or items. We will help you file a claim with USPS if needed.
